Carlos A. Alvarenga

Carlos Alvarenga is the Chief Research Officer at the Digital Enterprise Institute and he Managing Editor of the research journal, DEI Monthly. He is a world-class researcher, author, professor, consultant, and coach.
He is also the author of The Angel of Numbers, a novel about organized crime in 1980s Italy.
His previous experience includes serving as the Executive Director of World 50 Labs, the member-innovation team at World 50, Inc. Before World 50, he was a Principal in EY’s Consulting Practice as well as a Managing Director at Accenture.
A father of two teenage boys, he lives in Bethesda, MD. with his wife, a neuroimaging physician/researcher.
